Job Summary:
The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) is responsible for retaining and growing sales opportunities with existing & new clients with the goal of meeting/exceeding individual and division sales and profit goals. The CRS builds relationships with clients over the phone, email, and video conferencing to maintain and expand sales and profitability in existing and new product categories. The CRS will also team-sell with Sales team members to assist in winning new business opportunities when appropriate. The CRS’ primary focus is retaining and growing our small-client base. New business activity and acquisition should represent less than 5% of their time.

Education / Experience Requirements:
Associate’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of one years’ sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in customer prospecting via phone / email is preferred; office products sales experience and/or industry knowledge preferred; must have valid driver’s license.
