Maintenance/Janitorial Worker - Hiring immediately.

This position may include other locations in the same general area.

Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience to be considered.

We are a storage facility company looking for a maintenance professional with hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. We are also looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to prioritize and plan various projects, as well as maintains a high level of productivity without direct supervision.

The right candidate must also have the following basic skills: some computer literacy, good customer service skills, can professionally resolve customer issues, and have the ability to walk the large facility throughout the day.

Job Description:

- Clean vacant units

-Mopping, sweeping and cleaning

- Assist Management with maintaining curb appeal

- Minor repairs and painting

- Removal of bulk trash, graffiti clean-up

-Landscaping-pulling weeds, weed whacking

- Identify areas of maintenance needs

-practice safety procedures

Job Requirements:

- Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, Mopping, sweeping and cleaning

- Basic computer skills

- Ability to travel

- Ability to work weekend hours as required

- Proof of COVID Vaccine required
