We are seeking a Storage Facility Manager for our Lake Travis and Austin area stores. As a Storage Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the storage facility, focusing on business success, security, and maintenance. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing reports, finances, staff, facility maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Your duties will include adhering to procedures, maximizing occupancy, and handling emergency procedures effectively. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits such as Paid Time Off (PTO), 9 paid holidays, and Medical and Dental coverage. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no evening or early morning shifts required.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License

Experience:

• Prior experience in storage or customer service is preferred
• Supervisory experience in restaurant or retail environments is encouraged
• 2 years of customer service and sales experience is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent is required

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk storage facilities and travel regularly
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at times
