Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain, launch, and create Pay-Per-Click advertising campaigns for all the facilities across multiple
  platforms including Google ads, Meta, Bing and Sparefoot
• Oversee and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery and maximum
  Return on Investment (ROI).
• Analyze performance data to understand campaign efficacy and make data-driven adjustments.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including analysis of key performance indicators
  (KPIs).
• Design and execute A/B (split) tests to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
• Ensure all campaigns are in compliance with legal standards and adhere to digital marketing best
  practices.
• Develop and execute a consistent and effective paid media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Set specific performance benchmarks and evaluate campaigns against these targets regularly.
• Ability to amplify SAM’s brand presence and driving targeted traffic to our managed stores.
• Regularly update and optimize Google Business profile of all managed facilities.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Google Ads Search Certification required
• Two (2 ) years’ experience in SEO/SEM
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing Metrics and KPI’s
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple ads and department projects simultaneously
• Experience with AI tools or ad optimization is a plus.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.

Work Hours: In a typical week, this position requires regular and predictable attendance and may include
occasional weekend work. May include additional overtime hours if needed.

Work Environment: This work is usually performed indoors in an office environment with normal noise levels
and no exposure to hazardous conditions. Position is remote and may be performed at home.
