Senior Product Manager - Facility Management Software

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to set an outcome-oriented product strategy and deliver value to our customers. As the Senior Product Manager on the Facility Management Software (FMS) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for your product. You will lead cross-functional teams who partner with design, marketing, engineering, sales, and the senior executive leadership team, collaborate with stakeholders, and be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You and the team will solve customer problems, achieve a set of specific and collectively understood business objectives, and guide the overall direction of your product. Your success will be measured by how well you communicate vision, set expectations and build compelling cases for your strategy.

What You Will Do Everyday:

  • Product Strategy:
    • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market demands.
    • Identify opportunities to address customer problems and drive incremental business value from MVP through to MLP
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
    • Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate the value of prioritized features and how they fit into a larger overall strategy
  • Roadmap Planning:
    • Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
    • Prioritize features and releases based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
    • Clearly articulate the problems that need to be solved for your customers as well as Storable, and quantify the value to be created once those problems are solved
    • Define and deliver the OKRs for each strategic bet you intend to make
    • Objectively measure and broadly communicate the impact of the strategic bets and delivered work for the entire product
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication to drive successful product development.
    • Collaborate with leaders across Storable to achieve a vision for how technology, people, and process combines to deliver maximum value
  • Product Development:
    • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release.
    • Make data-driven decisions and continuously iterate on products to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
    • Oversee the changes being refined and implemented by the Product Owner to ensure coherent vision and prioritization for the overall product
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences.
    • Use insights gathered to inform product decisions and keep our offerings ahead of the competition.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and ensure successful product launches.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on product development progress, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate the value of prioritized features and how they fit into a larger overall strategy

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience (8 years) as a Product Manager in an enterprise B2B SaaS application.
  • Strategic. Can logically deconstruct market conditions, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to help frame which customer problems we need to solve now, next, and later.
  • Analytical. Makes data driven decisions and uses quantitative analysis to prioritize work and deploy limited resources for the biggest impact
  • Cross functional leadership experience to ensure business objectives are met for your product and the successful delivery of customer value
  • Resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems
  • Team player. Ability to observe the bigger picture articulated by the company/portfolio strategy, and execute on initiatives that may drive cross-sell, reduce cost or reduce complexity even if they don’t advantage your product
  • Comfort with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics, structured hypotheses) of product management
  • Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering work in close collaboration
  • Familiarity working with Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to navigate hard conversations and produce desired outcomes for all participants
  • Manages projects independently
  • Guide and mentor Product Owner direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

If you are passionate about driving innovation in the software industry, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a proven track record of successful product management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Storable. Join us in shaping the future of our software products and making a meaningful impact on businesses worldwide
