Stop Bugging Me Pest Control (SBM) is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative for our North and Eastside expansion. SBM serves the Puget Sound from Olympia to Bellingham, and we are looking for an experienced sales executive who wants to share in the success of our growing company.
SBM is a leader in residential and commercial pest control services and provide pest management solutions with our team of licensed pest control technicians. We are dedicated to exceptional customer service and providing our employees with the best workplace environment in the industry. Your Job Responsibilities will include:
- Drive revenue through site visits and relationship exploration.
- Serve customers by providing product, pricing, and service information.
- Pass and maintain the WSDA Pest Control General and Structural exams.
- Work with office staff for scheduling and effective hand-off.
- Inform customers of new products and services that we offer.
- Handle client complaints and inquiries for a positive resolution.
- Hosting clients at Seahawks and Sounders sporting events in the company suite.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years outside sales experience, with a proven sales record.
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills.
- Self-organized, self-proficient, self-motivated, SELF-STARTER!
- Present yourself professionally on the phone and in-person.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Typing proficiency for data entry and CRM.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the pest control industry.
- Experience in property management/facilities management
- Sports fan a plus as we partner with several local sports teams.
Benefits:
- Company vehicle, fuel card, phone, computer
- $55,000 to $65,000 base salary Dependent on Experience.
- $100,000 with Commission earnings and NO COMMISION CAP!
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage with the company covering 75% of monthly cost.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
