As a Part-Time Closer, you are a Leader in our company. You will develop and coach associates while working in the capacity of Store Management. You will be a role model of our Behaviors and Values. You will make a difference to our customers. You will build strong relationships with the Teams you supervise while on duty. You will be encouraged to ask questions, be fully engaged, and take advantage of your knowledge, during your assigned shifts. Must be 18 or older to apply. Previous management experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Store Manager
- Complete any tasks that are assigned by management
- Handle issues that may arise during your shift.
- Direct the team to be productive to serve our customers and company.
- Assist in presenting a store that is safe and inviting to our customers.
- Protect the company from loss
Skills
- Working knowledge of computer.
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Keen eye for detail
- Willingness and ability to learn.
