Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, effective team management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times

- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to drive improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and meet revenue goals

- Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as necessary

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- Oversee payroll processing and scheduling of staff shifts

- Collaborate with upper management to develop marketing initiatives and promotions

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in store management or related role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers

- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices

- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00/hour DOE
