Stony Hill Stables is Hiring an Assistant Manager Near Amagansett, NY
A multifaceted facility operating for 50 years seeks a riding instructor/assistant manager to join our established and active lesson program and show barn. We are a team-oriented barn so the ability to work closely with others is a must. The candidate must have excellent people skills and be able to develop and maintain positive client relationships as well as enjoy teaching both children and adults.
Duties include teaching a combination of private, group, and summer camp lessons to students of various ages and abilities on a wonderful selection of school horses at a state-of-the-art facility. In addition, assist in the day to day management of the farm and care of the horses. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching children and adults of beginning and intermediate levels.
A confident, enthusiastic approach toward students to help foster the love of horses through lessons and activities is required. The applicant must be outgoing and work well with peers and other staff. We are team-oriented with a positive, and supportive work environment and competitive pay.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Wednesdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
