Position : Maintenance Technician

Schedule : Full-Time 40 hours per week; weekend work required; schedule based on business needs.

Salary : $17-$19 / hour

We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team, communicate effectively, and take pride in doing their job.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and basic carpentry.
• Provide documentation of work perform for each task assigned.
• Identify undocumented issues or opportunities for improvement by creating new work orders.
• Complete a daily invoice which includes what properties were visited, the work performed, material costs, and the time spent.

Preferred Skills :

• Hot tub and pool maintenance.
• HVAC knowledge.
• Appliance repair experience.
• Cabin maintenance experience.

Qualifications :

• Reliable Transportation
• Available to work holidays and weekends.
• Valid Driver's License
