StoneX Group is Hiring a Sr. Client Experience Lead - StoneX Digital Near New York, NY

Overview

Primary focus is on all things related to the client from onboarding through daily management

Responsibilities

• Beginning as a single resource, the Client Experience Manager will build the team around themselves with the growth of the product to meet demand• Work closely with front office staff to provide support and direction in conjunction with the producers on client and/or vendor related problems as they arise • Cross-product expertise, StoneX Digital, Futures, Swaps, Securities, Prime Brokerage, Fixed Income and any other products that StoneX has to offer• Coordinate with all support and control groups in the firm – onboarding, compliance, legal, finance, etc. • Ensure all daily client-facing solutions are complete and accurate – balancing, trade settlements, wire or positionsmovements, etc. • Solve both tactical and strategic problems for institutional clients• Help create a better client experience by synthesizing and championing client feedback for StoneX Digital and wider StoneX management groups• Consolidate client feedback to present product development ideas, prioritize for greatest client impact and engage clients in the process for rollout• Serve as an internal advocate for our clients to our product, compliance, onboarding and trading teams. • Collaborate across all areas of StoneX Digital and StoneX Group to contribute to internal projects designed to improve the internal sales process and the overall client experience• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.• This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.

Qualifications

• 10 years financial services experience• Series 3, 7 or 99 preferred or willing to obtain one of these based on confirmation with COO within 6 months • Experience in cleared/custodied product required – Prime Brokerage, Futures Clearing, etc. Crypto experience not required but preferred• Experience delivering superior client service through proactive daily routine, internal relationship-building for problem solving, and creative solutions• Superior client engagement skills with ability to react, prioritize and multitask • Attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills• Must be authorized to work in the US for an employer

Hiring Salary Range $90000-$120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
