JOB OBJECTIVE
The Creative Project Manager will manage all creative and print production jobs throughout the print/job process ensuring the timely, accurate and cost-efficient delivery of all marketing materials. This individual must effectively and efficiently interact with internal customers and external vendors.

The Creative Project Manager will be based out of our Home Office in York, ME.

JOB SUMMARY
1. Receive, prioritize, and schedule all creative requests.
2. Monitor progress, route, obtain edits, approvals, and sign-offs and enforce deadlines of creative requests/projects for all creative services.
3. Coordinate the proof distribution, printing and delivery of final printed pieces
4. Negotiate and obtain bid and quote pricing from print vendors
5. Process purchase orders and oversee the payment of invoices, ensuring that they are forwarded to the appropriate parties for payment within the time frame of the payment terms
6. Participate in weekly Product Development, Creative and status meetings, maintaining job log of projects in progress
7. Be the account owner of our project management software, training new hires, staying up to date on platform updates, and communicating with the account reps as needed.
8. Follow all company safety policies and procedures
9. Review completed jobs for accuracy and completeness of all requests before processing to the designers, vendors, etc. and work with requestors to complete/correct information
10. Maintain and continually develop a list of print vendors to contact as needed
11. Maintain inventory of creative service supplies, such as, paper, labels, etc.
12. Proofread all printer proofs and review content and color drawdowns
13. Process projects in a timely manner and manage according to agreed upon schedules and budget, communicating status of all projects to project leader and directors and/or executives as applicable
14. Attend press checks as needed
15. Attend internal meetings as needed
16. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require

EXPECTATIONS
1. B.A or a minimum of 3 yrs. experience in print production/traffic coordinating within a consumer product company
2. Strong computer skills required (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe CS knowledge along with strong project management skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (internal status updates, vendor communications, proposals and proofreading skills)
4. Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to stay composed and productive under tight deadlines with multiple projects
5. Must be highly-organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
6. Print Production knowledge
7. Project Management experience a plus
