Job Title: Body Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Utilize your expertise to accurately assess and provide detailed estimates for collision repairs, ensuring transparency and exceptional service for our customers.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to uphold the highest level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Production Management: Efficiently manage the production workflow, from intake to delivery, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld. Collaborate with the team to optimize productivity and deliver top-notch results.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.
• Profitability Monitoring: Keep a close eye on the financial performance of the shop. Implement cost-effective measures, monitor expenses, and strategize to enhance the overall profitability of the body shop.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong expertise in estimating collision repairs and managing production processes.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitability through effective cost management and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an auto body repair facility.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
