What You Will Do as a Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide, you will insert job description intro . Some of your primary responsibilities will include :
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting in feeding
- Taking vitals such as, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Assisting in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care
- Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as needed
- Assisting patients in the self-administration of medications
- Reporting on patients’ conditions and significant changes to the RN
