Position Type: Administrator in Training!
The Administrator in Training assists and shadows the Administrator as they oversee resident care, manages overall operation, responsible for the management of the facility, employee management, fiscal management, and ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations.
The AIT will observe and work under the supervision of the Administrator in the following areas:
