Duties:
- Conduct training sessions for team members on various skills
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Assist in developing training materials and resources
- Monitor team members' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a productive environment
- Collaborate with other trainers and supervisors to ensure consistency in training methods
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to enhance training programs

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively educate and train individuals of different skill levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
