Full Job Description
The Yard employees job is to load and assist in the loading of products for customers using either heavy equipment or physically loading the products themselves. As well as putting together orders and keeping the yard organized and product stocked.
Job Type: Full Time
Expectations:
- Load bulk product into trailers or vehicles using a Front-End Loader
- Load bag and loose products into trailers or vehicles
- Assist customers with questions regarding the products
- Put together paver and retaining wall orders based on the order form
- Keep yard clean and organized, and products looking organized and presentable
- Perform all jobs safely as safety is important
- Maintain/clean loader that is assigned to you
- Perform Basic Maintenance of your equipment – grease, fuel, and maintain filters
- Outstanding Attendance
- Ability to work 40 plus hours during Spring/Summer Season
- Ability to work Saturdays during Spring/Summer Season
- Physically able to regularly move product weighing 50 plus pounds at any given time
- Communicate with customers and fellow coworkers
Requirements:
- Drivers License
- Ability to Work Without Direct Supervision
- Ability to Pass a Drug Test
- Motivated, self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Quick learner
- People Skills
- Chauffeur’s License or Class B Driver’s License is a Plus
- Prior Heavy Equipment Operation is a Plus
- Landscape Knowledge is a Plus

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
