Role Summary: The Yard Associate II (Loader Operator) is responsible for using a loader to load and unload delivery trucks, along with keeping the warehouse and landscape supply yard well organized. This position requires interaction with customers as you help load products into their vehicles and assist them with any questions they might have. To be a successful Yard Associate II, you must be organized, plan ahead, and be able to prioritize your daily work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment for this position is primarily outdoors in a yard setting, where exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind, is expected. The yard environment may involve uneven terrain, dust, and noise from machinery. Work may also be performed in the cage or cab of yard equipment, which may have some climate control features. Personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety vests, eye protection and gloves, must be worn as required.
