Stone creek village dentistry is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Monterey, CA

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect payments and provide patients with billing information
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting.
