Stone Creek Roofing & Exteriors is looking for motivated individuals wanting to advance their careers. We are seeking 2 Project Manager/ Sales Reps to add to our Team!

Stone Creek Roofing & Exteriors is a Colorado based roofing and exteriors contractor with 14 years of industry experience. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with an exceptional customer experience. Majority of our clients are the result of our excellent relationships with insurance agents, property managers, prior customers, industry contacts, and direct repair networks.

We will train the right candidates on how to assess, diagnose, and solve customer storm damage-related issues. You will be given all the necessary tools to see the project from inception to completion with the assistance of our production department and support staff. Your ability to succeed is determined by your willingness to learn! We are not a turn and burn company, we work to make you successful. We are seeking candidates that reside in Colorado/Wyoming and have been a part of their community for many years.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain new business relationships
  • Run company generated leads
  • Perform thorough property inspections
  • Manage customer expectations and experience throughout the insurance claims and construction process
  • Assist home and building owners with exterior enhancements and restoration projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • Be self-motivated- Be willing to work hard with minimal pressure
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Have strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for helping people
  • Have an outgoing personality
  • Have a professional appearance
  • Able to pass a background check
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Reliable transportation with ability to carry a small ladder
  • Ability to set up and climb a ladder (Cannot have a fear of heights!)

Experience:

  • 1 years sale experience
  • Xactimate/ Estimating software experience (Preferences but not required)

Comp Package:

· Restoration Project Manager/ Sales Reps make between $65,000 to over $100,000 in the first year depending on their ability to learn, work hard and stay motivated

  • Uncapped commission, paid weekly
  • Up to $2500 Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
  • Annual Bonuses based on sales
  • Year-end sales trip for qualified reps
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Flexible winter schedule with ample vacation time

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
