Office Manager, Bookkeeping and Payroll are required for this job.

A CPA office in Longivew, Texas is hiring for an office manager with bookkeeping skills.

Extensive office experience is required.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the general operations of an organization
• Providing general support to the rest of the staff
• Improving administration processes and engaging with vendors
• Oversee daily financial transactions, including payroll processing, invoicing, and tracking accounts receivable/payable to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Bookkeeping

Starting salary begins at $45,000-50,000 depending on experience.

Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Does include benefits.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
