We are seeking a team-oriented individual with a passion for customer service to join the growing team of Customer Service Representatives. The right candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customers in a friendly and professional manner, and following through to ensure that any customer issues are resolved. Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an aptitude for learning new software applications quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client service standards.
• Troubleshoot problems with products and services.
• Answer customer questions.
• Assist customers with technical difficulties.
• Take care of customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Process payments for products and services.
• Provide information on products and services in a friendly manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
