Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the activities of lawn maintenance and landscape design on various projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties:
- Supervise and direct landscaping crew members on-site
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure adherence to project time lines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance, landscape design, and management or a related field preferred but not necessary
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
