Bravo Xteriors, a reputable and fast-growing provider of top-quality landscaping services, is seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Care Maintenance Crew Leader to join our dynamic team! As a leader in the industry, we are committed to exceeding client expectations and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of lawn care technicians, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and completed to the highest standards.
- Oversee all aspects of lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, weed control, and chemical application services.
- Demonstrate expertise in lawn care practices, providing guidance and training to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality control and adherence to client specifications.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager for scheduling, customer contract adjustments, ordering/repair of equipment and materials to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and lawn care trends to continually enhance service delivery.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a lawn care or landscaping role, with a strong emphasis on crew leadership and management.
- Excellent knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, edging, weed control and chemical applications.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results to clients.
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crew members and clients.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
