We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. We are looking for someone who is committed to focusing on and excelling in the following duties for this entry level role:

  • Greeting and warmly welcoming our clients.
  • Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
  • Promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic

manner.

  • Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines.
  • Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.
  • Signing clients on as members by providing them with the program that suits

their needs and that is the best value for them.

  • Upholding MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and other team members.
  • Generate new clientele through grassroots marketing promoting.

Are you qualified?

  • Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Must be goal oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with

clients, management, and staff members.

  • Sales and customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
