**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee our company's vehicle fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures

- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections

- Coordinate vehicle acquisitions and disposals

- Monitor fuel usage and implement cost-saving measures

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

- Manage a team of drivers and maintenance staff

- Track fleet performance metrics and prepare reports for management

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of fleet management software and systems

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred

**Skills:**

- Familiarity with DOT regulations and industry best practices

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
