Description

• We are looking for a highly organized and experienced bilingual individual to assist our Accounting and Payroll department.

Accounting Duties: assist with managing our accounts payable/receivable and account reconciliation and any other clerical duties.

Payroll Duties: assist in gathering employees’ time sheets after each pay period and verify that their payroll information and work hours are correct using specific software system to input basic data into the payroll system. You will collaborate with supervisors to gather any important payment information and answer employee questions regarding their paychecks.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and software knowledge. Experience with Quickbooks, SAGE and/or Paylocity (or similar software).
• Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail (10 key).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. This is essential for communicating with employees regarding payroll issues and concerns. 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good client service skills.
• Being an effective team player.
• Ability to multitask and consistently meet specific deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records and sensitive company information.
