Stock Custom Homes is seeking a Custom Home Punch Technician. This position works with homeowners to resolve punch items in their new construction home.

Typical Functions

• Coordinate with subcontractors to maximize productivity
• Hands on construction repairs not limited to painting, caulking and other duties as assigned.
• Inspect model and spec homes frequently and make repairs as needed.

Specific Duties

• Log timeframe and calendar for corporate daily review.
• Supervise vendor while doing any repairs.
