Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Technician needed for a new residential treatment program. Must be personable, able to manage high stress environments, and have good boundaries . Tech is responsible for ensuring client safety, maintenance of the facility, medication management, adherence to the daily schedule and creating a therapeutic environment. Basic computer skills required. Must have excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversight of environment of care.
• Inventory supplies
• Round and record every 30 minutes. Surveillance monitoring does not constitute a clinical round.
• Record one communication log entry in respective EHR for each client.
• Ensure clients follow the Program Guidelines.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in every aspect of Facility operations and client care.
• Respond immediately to crises, collaborating with the on-site nurse, Program Director and Treatment Team.
• Deliberate communication with professional boundaries
• Conduct oneself according to STOA Behavioral values: honesty, warmth, connection, accountability, transparency.
• Light cleaning and restocking duties
• Ability to investigate unusual sounds and sights and report unusual activity for client safety.
• Able to remain calm and professional in an environment that may sometimes involve elevated emotions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
