Job Description

Concierge duties as shuttle driver for service customers. Assist service department with retrieving customer's vehicles after check in and after customer has paid. Maintaining service lot appearance. Assisting rental manager with rentals. Running errands for service as directed. Answering incoming service calls as requested.

Job Duties

• Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Identify and direct Service Advisor to their customer.
• Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot when necessary.
• Deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor's workstation immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot.
• Shuttle or concierge services including picking up customers or dropping them off as requested.
• Assisting rental manager with rental vehicles to include filling with gas.
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
• Retrieve customer vehicle from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the Cashier.
• Inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service for lot damage that may have been done during the vehicle's stay in the Service Department. Report any damage to Advisor and or management immediately.
• Run any necessary errand required by the service department.
• Answering incoming service calls or setting appointments as requested.
• Assist with new car shipment drop offs to direct through all proper channels in the dealership if asked.

Job Requirements

• Experience in customer relations and telephone handling recommended.
• Valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude

• Job includes Sweeping and Mopping Service Drive and Shop Buildings, Emptying Trash Cans, Moving Scrap Tires From Shop To Tire Shed, Scrubbing Shop Floor With Walk Behind Scrubber, General Shop Cleaning, Removing Scrap Metal From Shop and Putting In Scrap Bin, Removing Cardboard From Shop and Placing in Cardboard Container. Must Be Able To Lift At Least 25 Pounds.
