About the Role
As the Lead Sourcing Manager for Professional Services, you will be an integral part of our organization. In this high visibility role, you will be empowered to deliver value across all areas of the company for services including consulting, labor, leasing/real estate, financial services, and travel. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who possesses strong negotiation and supplier management skills, expertise in sourcing and leading RFPs, and enjoys implementing new processes and driving P&L value.

  • Lead negotiations and spearhead robust RFPs to secure optimal terms and drive P&L value with exceptional industry analysis, benchmarking, negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Build strong partnerships as a trusted business advisor with functional leaders, Legal, and Finance to create services category strategies utilizing procurement mastery to optimize costs, leverage supplier capabilities, recommend innovation opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Develop superior supplier relationships to drive greater strategic value.
  • Partner with FP&A to develop cost models to assess value and qualitative/quantitative advantages.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop supplier performance management systems to maximize the value of our supplier partnerships.
  • Establish a seamless contract execution, supplier onboarding, and approval process.
We're excited about you because...
  • You have 5-10 years of strategic sourcing experience with 3 years negotiating complex services contracts, including consulting, contingent labor, business process outsourcing, leasing/real estate, financial services, and travel.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Technology or a related field.
  • You have significant experience reviewing, authoring and negotiating commercial contracts including master supply agreements, statements of work, professional services agreements with a focus on technology.
  • You have excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • You're able to identify opportunities for business improvement and take initiative to drive necessary changes.
  • You embrace challenges - approaching complex problems in an organized and detail-oriented manner.
  • You take initiative to introduce solutions when you see the opportunity to improve how we measure our success or how we grow our business.
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering, influencing and collaborating across a wide spectrum of functions and levels.
  • You work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.
Salary Range
$155,000-$165,000 USD
