Commercial Property Manager

Location: Mobile, AL, Gulfport, MS, Covington, LA and Pensacola, FL

As a Commercial Property Manager at Stirling, you'll play a crucial role in

managing various aspects of real estate properties and projects within our operational area. You'll

fill a dynamic position and work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple unique

projects and collaborating directly with senior leadership. Commercial Property Manager

experience is welcome but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

· Effectively communicate complex matters with property owners and company executives to make appropriate recommendations.

· Negotiate and administer contract agreements, ensuring management agreements, leases, service contacts and mortgage agreements compliance.

· Possess and develop a deep understanding of the financial data underlying commercial properties.

· Collaborating in a team environment.

· Project manage commercial repairs, renovations, and construction projects from start to finish being not only responsible for the results, but also the process of completing these tasks.

· Review proposals and plans, determining and understanding the scopes of work, projected time frames, and the material, labor, and equipment costs.

· Interpret tenant leases related to commercial property operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree

· Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven innovative mindset with a desire to expand responsibilities and grow professionally.

· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
