Responsibilities:
· Efficiently follow up on leads for apartment and townhome properties owned by Stintino Management.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for potential tenants, providing information about available properties, scheduling viewings, and answering inquiries.
· Utilize Apple computer skills to maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and property availability.
· Demonstrate outstanding phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions with potential tenants.
· Ensure promptness and readiness to engage with leads and inquiries each day.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating solid multitasking abilities.
· Collaborate with the leasing team to prioritize leads and optimize occupancy rates.
· Perform on-site showings at our Uptown Charlotte property on certain days.
· Conduct occasional weekend follow-ups and property viewings as necessary.
Qualifications:
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in Apple computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software and tools. Proficiency in Appfolio a plus.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
· Valid driver's license.
· Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
· Capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or property management is preferred.
Schedule:
· Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
· Occasional weekend availability may be required.
