• Saves the day by tracking maintenance Help Desk requests and working requests into daily schedule.
• Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met, conducting follow-up on outstanding repairs related to prior maintenance visits.
• Obtain materials, equipment and supplies for repairs (This is a great time to whip out those treasure hunting skills).
• Maintain contact with maintenance team & supervisor regarding priorities.
• Ensuring paperwork related to compliance, repairs and maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
• Show the landscaping and parking lots some TLC, as needed.
• Manage safety and hazardous materials, following EPA and DEQ compliance.
• Review assigned goals and progress toward completion.
• Prepare status reports for monthly maintenance meeting.
• Prepare credit card expense reports for Accounts Payable; Review fuel system compliance reports/issues.

• Effective time management, as with most things in maintenance, there are a lot of moving pieces!
• Has a valid driver’s license and a passion for sightseeing, as there will be some travel between multiple Stinker locations.
• You don’t have to be a tech guru, but being comfortable using technical equipment such as laptops, cell phones, and remote devices is appreciated.
• Must have a working knowledge of construction and maintenance trades, as well as their applications.
• Armed with knowledge about OSHA, EPA, OPS, ADA, Hazmat, and federal/state regulations- like a walking encyclopedia, but more fun.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs., balance on a step stool or step ladder, and is comfortable working from floor to roof level.
