Job Duties:

• Bussing tables after guests leave, ensuring a tidy space for customers.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of back of house and dishwashing area by wiping down shelves, sinks, walls, vent hoods, and fully cleaning dishwasher at end of night.
• Ensure all restaurant dishes and kitchen tools are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Take out all trash, including grease bin, and taking boxes to the recycling bin.
• Sweep and mop floors in dining room, dish area, and dry storage area; making sure that proper wet floor signage is displayed.
• Wash and dry towels.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 14 years old.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable walking/standing for long periods of time.

Hours: Part time, 8-29 hours/week

Shifts:5pm-10pm

Days:Saturday-Sunday; Days and times may vary, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
