JOB SUMMARY:
The data analyst and accreditation Coordinator is responsible for duties related to Stillwater Medical Center Authority (SMCA) dba Stillwater Cancer Center organizational accreditation and regulatory compliance. This includes, but is not limited to, being the primary contact for surveys, coordinating regulatory surveys and ongoing survey preparedness within SMCA entities. Ensures that the organization maintains compliance and readiness for accreditation, certification, and regulatory inspections. Supports high quality, safe care by ensuring organizational systems and processes comply with all regulatory requirements. Ensures that the organization’s policies, guidelines, and procedures are maintained and current. Serves as the Internal Audit Representative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
Previous experience in regulatory compliance or quality improvement is strongly preferred.
Must have knowledge base of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems.
Excellent communication, writing, organizational and presentation skills.
Demonstrates independent judgment, autonomy and initiative in leadership skills, time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects/functions in a busy work environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
Adequate vision or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
