Mailroom Team Member

Stillman Law Office is a Collections Law Firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, specializing in creditor representation as well as handling non-legal claims throughout the United States.

As part of the Firm’s ongoing commitment to compliance and best-level service, we are looking to add an additional Mailroom Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
• Work at a fast pace for various tasks such as processing inbound material(s) and mail from the Court, attorneys, clients, etc. to the correct departments.
• Run delivery and pick-up of packages and mail to the post office, bank, or other location(s).
• Monitor and ensure the postage machine is up to date and running properly.
• Monitor all supplies within the mailroom.

Skills and Abilities:

• Capable of meeting Firm and individual goals, while adhering to ethical consumer interaction processes
• Work in a team environment while maintaining personal excellence
• Strong written and oral communication skills and detail oriented
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high-volume deadline driven environment
• Strong work ethic

Experience:

• Mail sorting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mailroom equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

High School degree or equivalent required.
