Our Off-Shift Operations Manager position is the leader of plant operations and primary point of contact during off-shift operations. The role is critical in that this person would ensure all second shift operations function and perform processes safely, efficiently, and accurately. The primary role for this manager is to lead a distribution team focused on off-shift operations including warehousing, logistics, assembly, picking, loading, and processing orders that ship to our customers.
Desirable candidates must be highly interactive, solutions oriented & able to lead a team in a high-volume production/shipping environment. In addition, this person must be hands on and willing to go from processing paperwork to rolling up their sleeves and loading trucks alongside their team.
