  • Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday 8:00am - 12pm
  • Saturday OFF
  • Sunday OFF
Responsibilities:
The Front Office Coordinator should:
  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
  • Develop productive schedules.
  • Manage patient documents and records.
  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
  • Present treatment plans and collect payments
  • Arrange payment plans for patients
  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification
  • Ability to submit dental insurance claims electronically
  • Correct and resubmit rejected or invalid insurance claims
  • Knowledgeable or willingness to learn A&R for 30/60/90 aging claims
  • Electronically process insurance pre-determinations when needed
Qualifications:
  • at least 2-3 years of prior experience working in dentistry as a Front Office Coordinator or Treatment Coordinator is preferred
  • Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Dental operations
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is a plus
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
