STG Communication Services is a growing company currently seeking to hire a Telecom Project Manager.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with telecom knowledge, a plus, and/or construction knowledge. The individual should be a well-organized independent worker with strong desire in helping to grow the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversees all aspects of the construction projects.
· Perform site walks.
· Create bid estimates and deliver to customers by deadline.
· Schedule and coordinate project deadline dates with customer.
· Create detailed material list based on Project needs and budget.
· Develop a budget for project phases and duration.
· Monitor job progress on daily basis and provide details to customers.
· Create daily/weekly crew schedule for job site.
· Communicate scope (structure, spending and deadlines of project) with foreman.
· Coordinate job closeouts documentation.
· Coordinate permits and documents needed for site.
· Coordinate necessary paperwork with client.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience Requirements:
· Two to three years’ experience as project manager
· Experience in initiating projects, planning, delegating, managing and risk mitigating
· Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software
· Telecommunications/Construction experience is a plus
· Valid driver’s license along with a good driving record is a requirement
