We are currently looking to add someone to our Dairy Production team at our manufacturing plant in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Duties:
• Milk product batching and quality testing.
• Operation of pasteurizer.
• Documentation of production attributes on legal documents
• Perform CIP (Clean in Place) functions of tanks and line circuits.
• Cleaning of equipment and environment.
• Learning other job tasks such as filling room operations, milk receiving, and/or blow molding.

Requirements:
• Must be reliable, organized, have a mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, safety conscious and possess good sanitation (cleaning) practices.
• Must be able to multitask and work independently.
• Reliable and able to work a rotating schedule.
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.

Schedule:
• The schedule starts at 4 AM and includes working rotating weekends and holidays.
