Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping duties and enhancements: planting, mulching, weeding, edging, etc.
• Manage and prepare vehicles, equipment, and landscaping material for client routes.
• Properly plant and care for trees and shrubs
• Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites
• Properly use and maintain chainsaws, equipment, and heavy machinery
• Maintain detailed paperwork of completed projects.
• Provide support for tree crew by clearing limbs and debris
• Drag brush, lift wood, rake and cleanup job site
• Maintain arborist supplies and company equipment
• Maintain open and friendly communication
• Have knowledge of and ability to identify plants & trees, or a willingness to learn
• Safely and courteously operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Care for every customer’s property as if it were your own

• Able to work in varying weather conditions
• Able to regularly lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs
• Able to manage stress in high-intensity situations
