Responsibilities:
- Observing and testing samples of soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry and asphalt on client’s job sites
- Preparing daily field reports for management review
- Assisting with laboratory testing and other assigned tasks as needed
- Daily interaction with clients and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in construction industry
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 70 Ibs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work off-shift hours, including some weekends
- Ability to work outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
- Computer/Tablet proficiency
- Valid driver’s license, with satisfactory driving history
- Ability to pass background screen
- Work experience in construction industry
- ACI Concrete Field Grade I
- Nuclear Safety
- VDOT Soils and Aggregate
- VDOT Asphalt Level I & II
