The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for an Internet Sales BDC Representative that is a self-starter to join our Oak Lawn FORD team!

Automotive BDC Sales Associate position:

We are currently looking for full time, motivated, outgoing, team driven professionals to join our Business Development Center at our Ford store located in Oak Lawn. BDC Appointment coordinators work with new and existing customers to schedule appointments, confirm, and remind of sales appointments for new and existing customers. Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills.

Primary BDC Sales Associate responsibilities and requirements:

Sales BDC Associates are responsible to handle inbound and outbound appointment calls, emails, and texts for all dealerships. Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems. 

Automotive BDC Sales Associate requirements:
