We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in the Texarkana, TX area for immediate employment. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with previous experience in the manufacturing industry who is able to adjust, install, maintain and repair all equipment, machinery and plant facilities.

Essential Skills Required:

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for apply technical skills, knowledge and experience to implement and/or repair:

a. Electrical

b. Pipe Fitting & Plumbing

c. Welding

d. Hydraulic

e. Pneumatics

f. Automatic Equipment Operation (setup, repair and rear down)

g. Must know Shop Mathematics

h. Interpret Drawings

i. Read and Understand Schematics

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Electrical
• Pneumatics
• Machine install and start-up
• Trouble shooting skills
• 4 years manufacturing/operations maintenance experience.
• Self-motivated and disciplined team player.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Must be a Team Oriented Person
• Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive approach and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and safely working around moving equipment. Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long period of time.
• Forklift experience preferred
