Stern Wellness PLLC is a small business in the Upper Kirby area of Houston, TX. We are seeking a early career bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking therapist to join our team. Our goal is to create a warm, comfortable, and safe place for clients to receive help and guidance for an array of mental health issues.

Looking for a highly motivated early career bilingual (English/Spanish) part time masters level clinician with an education and training in social work, psychology, counselor and/or marriage and family therapy. There is room for this position to move from part time to full time. As a Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your duties will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients
- Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Utilizing skills in being warm, personable, sensitive, honest, and able to connect to a wide range of clients from all walks of life
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate clinical records
To excel in this role, experience is helpful, but not required.
