A well-established and growing international law firm is seeking a regulatory partner or equivalent to join the team to provide strategic legal advice and support in Crypto and Digital Assets transactions and regulatory matters. This attorney will have the opportunity to build a team and support existing clients; a portable book of business is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in securities and derivatives compliance, including traditional broker dealer, money services business, money transmitter, banking regulatory, fund compliance, securities exchange, derivatives exchange application, formation, and compliance work. Crypto or Web3 experience is not a priority.
