Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients or clients in a courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
- Handle billing and insurance information
- Assist with administrative duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Radiology Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with patient service in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency in using phone systems and software like Dentrix is a plus
