Healthcare Service Coordinator - Waynesboro, GA

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Healthcare Service Coordinator to join our team in Waynesboro, GA.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Clinical Support Specialists and Field Clinicians to ensure the delivery of quality care to our patients.

Your main duties will include coordinating care needs, updating schedules, facilitating case conferences, coaching and mentoring team members, and addressing personnel concerns.

Requirements of Qualified Candidates :

• Must be a registered nurse with a current nursing license in the practicing state
• CPR certification is required
• Previous experience in a home care setting with at least two years of management or supervisory experience is preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary setting
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured automobile
• Knowledge of professional standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and regulatory requirements
• Strong observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills
