In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the Staffing Coordinator ensures proper staffing is kept at all times in the facility to me the needs of the Residents while in compliance with the federal, state, and local regulations, budgetary and census guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous LTC/SNF experience
- Previous Staffing experience
